Equipment issues

Have been playing Diablo III lately, progressing really slowly due to lack of time. I really like the design of all playable characters however the female demon hunter gear really distracts me. It's composed of bodices and boots with high heels and I keep thinking... who drops this? Are there satyrs and ghouls with sexy leather outfits walking around? That would be a interesting scene...

And this, dear King Leoric, is the revenge for all the pain you gave me in Diablo I. You deserve it!
